Admission Process

Here we would like to explain how you can apply for an exchange semester at the School of Business and Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.


The first step for you is to apply through your home university and be admitted to the right exchange program. After admission, your home university will formally forward your nomination to us.

Your nomination must be made before May if you plan to stay for the fall semester, and before November for the spring semester. After we receive your nomination, we will contact you again.

Finally, you can submit your application through our application portal "Moveon". You will be asked to fill out your personal information and upload a language certificate. You can also apply for a room in a student residence at exchange-students@hu-berlin.de. Once we have confirmed your application, you will be formally admitted as an exchange student at our faculty.

 

Application deadline for the Fall Semester: April 15th - May 31st
