Colin von Negenborn obtained a B.Sc. in Physics at the Swiss Federal Institute (ETH Zurich) and an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of York, UK. He joined the Berlin Doctoral Program in Economics and Management Science (BDPEMS) as a PhD student in 2013 and the Research Training Group 1659 ("Interdependcies in the Regulation of Markets") in 2014, when he also became part of the research teams of Prof. Roland Strausz and Prof. Anja Schöttner. Colin's research interests are in the area of mechanism design and cotract theory.
