Professor Maria Minniti works at the Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts in the United States. She got her Ph.D. from the New York University.Her areas of expertise are Entrepreneurship and Industrial Organization which qualifies her for imparting the economical aspects of entrepreneurship. During her stay as a HANIEL guest professor, she is offered the course " The Economics of Entrepreneurship" to diploma and Master's students. In addition, Professor Minniti gave a seminar on advanced aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation to Ph.D. students.
Furthermore, Professor Minniti gave a talk about "The Economics of Entrepreneurship" at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW).
