You decided to continue your study at our faculty. We look forward to meeting you and would like to offer you some advance information to make your first weeks at our university a little easier.

To prepare you for the start of your studies, we offer a mathematics and an econometrics preparation course before the start of the lecture period. Detailed information can be found in the event schedule.

The study and examination regulations of the Master's degree programmes and diagrams on the structure are available on the website of the Examinations Office.
The lecture time of the winter term 24/25 begins on 14 October 2024 with a convocation day (there are no teaching sessions on that day). Lectures, practical exercises, and tutorials begin on 15 October 2024 accordingly. The winter semester (lectures) ends on 15 February 2025. Afterwards, you should plan on an examination period of approximately two weeks.

A warm welcome to you! As the student council (Fachschaft) of the Faculty of Business and Economics, we are looking forward to starting the new semester with you. To make sure you don't miss any important events and have the opportunity to network, we have set up an official WhatsApp group for you. In this group, you will find all relevant information - be it about the introductory events for first semester students or about your future studies. It also offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow students from different semesters, ask questions and make contacts.
