Background

      Bernd Viehweger, born 1948, studied physics at HU Berlin. From 1972-1975 he was a systems analyst at a government agency. Since 1975 Bernd Viehweger has been a senior lecturer at the Institute. Ph.D. 1972, Habilitation (Dr. sc. oec.) 1989. Visiting appointments at Buckinghamshire College in High Wycombe (UK), at Harvard Business School, at M.I.T.’s Sloan School. In 2002/03 he served as acting chair of the Universität Potsdam’s Institute of Information Systems. Since the early 1990s he has also been heavily involved in academic committee work.
